Taking advantage of the May Labor holiday, Velo and RE:而意 jointly hosted the “RE:而意 Bicycle Lifestyle Festival” from May 3 to May 5 at the West Bund Dome Art Center in Shanghai, creating a city gathering that integrates cycling, aesthetics, and creativity.

The event brought together multiple bicycle and outdoor sports brands, attracting over ten thousand visitors. For this edition, Velo centered its brand presentation on its signature color—red—while showcasing saddle installations featuring the 12 zodiac signs and a variety of special colorways, highlighting the brand’s concept of fashionable cycling.

In addition to the brand booths and marketplace, RE:Ride also organized a series of fun cycling competitions. Among them, the Technician Challenge notably featured the Angel Rise+ saddle, whose eye-catching orange-red colorway drew strong engagement and encouraged many visitors to participate.

The most attention-grabbing exhibits were the Year of the Horse cowboy saddle and the Year of the Goat themed saddle, which became popular highlights frequently inquired about by passersby. Velo also specially designed a range of interactive experiences for the event, including DIY mini mirror workshops, a megaphone challenge, and saddle-shaped balloon installations, allowing visitors to engage with the brand in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while experiencing the fusion of cycling culture and lifestyle aesthetics.
